Infant Movement & Development Assessment
$185 · 75 Minutes
A comprehensive physical therapy assessment designed specifically for newborns and infants to understand how your baby moves, develops, and responds to their world.
We start where your baby is—looking at regulation as a foundation while assessing movement, posture, symmetry, muscle tension, head and neck mobility, and emerging developmental skills.
Your baby’s first visit is more than an assessment. Gentle hands-on manual therapy and movement facilitation are incorporated as appropriate to address areas of tension or restriction and support more comfortable, efficient movement.
You’ll also receive individualized guidance and practical strategies you can use at home to support your baby’s development.
Whether you have a specific concern or simply feel that something isn’t quite right, early assessment can help identify what your baby may need to move forward with greater ease and confidence.

Aligned Development Session

Each session builds on your baby’s progress and is adapted to their current developmental needs. Treatment may include therapeutic positioning and movement, developmental play, gentle hands-on techniques when appropriate, and practical strategies you can incorporate into everyday routines.
Parent coaching is an important part of every session so you feel confident supporting your baby between visits.

Each session builds on where your child is at that time—allowing us to monitor progress, address areas of tension or asymmetry, support emerging motor skills, and update strategies for home as your child develops.
Purchasing as a gift?
The Aligned Care Bundle can be purchased in advance as a thoughtful gift for a growing family. An initial evaluation is required before treatment begins so care can be individualized to the child’s needs.
