Your baby was created with purpose.
fearfully and wonderfully made.

“No two babies are the same. Before any treatment, I watch how your baby moves, responds, and communicates. Careful, individualized assessment is the foundation of everything I do. Never a one-size-fits-all plan”
— Elena Jacinto, PT, DPT, CNT, NTMC
As a Certified Neonatal Therapist (CNT) and Neonatal Touch & Massage Certified (NTMC) physical therapist, caring for babies has been at the heart of my work . Today, I bring that neonatal expertise to Aligned, supporting babies and young children from birth through age 2 as they build the foundations for comfortable movement and development.
Every child communicates through movement, behavior, and interaction. In babies, concerns may show up as body tension, asymmetry, head preference, arching, difficulty settling, feeding-related positioning challenges, or differences in early movement and development. As children grow, concerns may become more noticeable through delays or differences in rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, walking, balance, or coordination.
Through The Aligned Method, I look at the whole child—regulation and engagement, posture and alignment, mobility, movement quality, and developmental skills—to understand what may be influencing how they move and participate.
My goal is to meet each child where they are, provide gentle and individualized physical therapy, and give parents the knowledge and practical strategies they need to confidently support their child's development.
